    Overview and application

    The electric actuator includes three types, split type, integrated type and intelligent type. It is widely applied in production processes in petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, pharmaceutical industry and electric power industry.

    Product features

    • Connection: Installation and connection with valves comply with ISO 5211 standard.

    • Self-lock function: The double worm gear is provided with self-lock function that can prevent reverse rotation.

    • Motor: Specially designed induction motor, provided with thermal protection element inside, grade F insulation.

    • Manual mechanism: Hand wheel operation can be conducted after connecting the switching handle and it will reset automatically after power-on.

    • Protection function: Phase sequence, phase loss, overheating, overload protection, ESD operation.

    • Position sensor: Encoder technology, arbitrary positioning of angle, high control precision.
